Overview / Policy implications

We made a LP investment to the Setouchi Kanko Kasseika Fund (fund for revitalizing tourism in Setouchi) established by 7 regional banks from the Setouchi area and the Development Bank of Japan in cooperation with the 7 prefectures in the Setouchi area to promote the Setouchi brand by creating a DMO.
This fund will revitalize the economy of the Setouchi region by creating demand for inbound services through developments in transportation, lodging, tourism facilities, tourism services, and more for visiting foreign tourists.
